Delhi NCR Delivery:
  • Express Delivery Options (₹100 flat fee for Delhi. Gurgaon Noida Faridabad ₹250 flat fee):
    • 4-hour delivery: Orders placed Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM
    • 24-hour delivery: All other orders
  • Optional standard shipping is also available
Other Locations:
  • Orders are shipped within 24 hours
  • Free shipping for orders above ₹500
  • Standard shipping: ₹75 for orders below ₹500
Returns & Exchanges
If your piece isn’t quite what you expected, you may request an exchange or store credit provided that:
  • The jewellery is unworn and in its original packaging
  • The receipt is included
  • The request is made within 3 days of delivery
Final Sale Items
  • Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
  • Sale items purchased during promotional events
  • Store credit purchases (cannot be exchanged or returned)
